Tutorials
Study Committee C5's first tutorial session was presented in conjunction with the 2nd IEEE PES /CIGRE International Symposium in San Antonio, Texas. Preceeding the Symposium was a session with two C5 tutorials:

• The Fundamentals of International Congestion Management Practices
• Transmission Challenges
